Our Concept

Wrap-N-Frappe Gourmet Wraps & Smoothies was designed with a few ideas in mind.
First and foremost, people need to eat. Good reason to open a restaurant, don’t ya think?
Second, some people today want to eat healthy.
Third, we’re all in a rush. Some of us are rushing to work, some to school. Some of us are rushing out for a quick bite to eat on our lunch hour (45 minutes with travel time). Some of us are rushing home during??? …Rush Hour.
Well, I think we figured it out…

Why not offer an item that can be made very quickly, very fresh, and very delicious and design it to be eaten on the go or enjoyed in a nice pleasant atmosphere filled with friendly service and attention.

Hence, I present to you,

Gourmet Wraps & Smoothies

Now that we got that figured out, lets move on.

Wrap-N-Frappe Gourmet Wraps & Smoothies offers one of the largest selections of wraps in Arizona.
We offer 40 unique and stylish wraps designed with every taste in mind.
Any of our wraps can be ordered “NAKED” which means it comes without the tortilla and served on top of a wonderful selection of spring greens.
So, technically that gives you the choice of 80 different selections on our menu.
How about soup? We offer 3 different soups each and everyday.
Our desserts are also designed as wraps.
Then, we have smoothies and ice blended drinks.
Some designed for kids and some designed for the kid in all of us.
Whatever your desire, chances are we have it. If not, let us know. Maybe you’ll see it on our menu the next time you come in.

About Rick Garner

Rick Garner, your host and wrap aficionado, or as he is sometimes called, “Wrap Star”, comes to you by way of New York City. Born in Brooklyn, raised on Long Island, Rick has over 22 years experience in the food industry. Having graduated with a culinary degree from the world-renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Rick has had the opportunity to manage some of New York’s high profile and award-winning restaurants. He has held Manager and General Manager positions with three of the top restaurateurs in New York City, Steve Hanson, Shelly Fireman, and Marc Packer. Rick has a diverse background in a variety of restaurants. He opened Gus's Figs Bistro, a Mediterranean restaurant in New York City, and managed multiple restaurants such as, Blue Water Grill a 350 seat Seafood Restaurant, Isabella's, a Mediterranean Italian restaurant, Fiorello's Cafe, an Italian restaurant in the Lincoln Center area, and was the General Manager of the Harley Davidson Cafe, a 500-seat themed restaurant in the heart of Manhattan. Rick was also afforded the opportunity to cook and bake at the award winning Pier House Resort and Caribbean Spa in Key West, Florida. Rick has moved out to Scottsdale to continue his career. He was part of the opening team behind three local favorites: Sapporo Restaurant, a 300 seat Sushi, Teppan Yaki, and Pacific Rim restaurant that still operates successfully, the award winning, Eddie V’s Edgewater Grille in North Scottsdale within the DC Ranch Community, and Café Citron also located in DC Ranch. Chef Rick currently lives in the DC Ranch Community giving him a comprehensive and profound understanding of the North Scottsdale area. He now offers you his love of food and fine service with his new concept, Wrap-N-Frappe!

About the restrooms

You might ask yourself, Self? Why is he talking about his restrooms? What makes these little rooms so interesting that he wishes to share this information with you?
These restrooms are probably one of the most unusual looking restrooms in all of Arizona. Why you might ask, well you are just going to have to come in a take a look. Each restroom was designed very uniquely from each other and the rest of the restaurant.
I wanted to express my personality and I wanted women to feel like women. Therefore, the men’s room was designed with art and décor that expresses my personality and the things I enjoy in life and the ladies room was designed with art and décor to make women feel, well, like women.
