Tom runs the front of the house and is an accomplished wine expert. The wine list is actually a binder full of favorites and hard-to-find vintages from all over the world. Knowledgeable servers help make everything run smoothly.
Chrysa also serves as the leader of the Phoenix chapter of Slow Food, an International organization devoted to the enjoyment of wholesome food. The group is dedicated to stewardship of the land and ecologically sound food production; to the revival of the kitchen and table as centers of pleasure, culture, and community; to the invigoration and proliferation of regional, seasonal culinary traditions; and to living a slower and more harmonious rhythm of life.
