2. BE A CHRISTMAS ANGEL AT THE VINE TAVERN
Being a Christmas Angel is one of the most rewarding acts of the holiday season. The Vine Tavern has trees at each of their restaurants with children’s names from the Mesa Crisis Center and their Christmas wishes. Last year my family picked a child and we had the most wonderful time shopping for the little girl! It was a great experience for my three children to show them that the holidays are for giving – especially to someone not as fortunate at themselves. We can’t wait to do it again and I hope you do it too!

3. PARTY AT SATISFIED FROG
Come party at the Satisfied Frog on Monday, December 18th. They are having their annual customer appreciation and employee party. They will be having free food and drinks (beer and margaritas) will be $2.00. The best part is that is starts early at 5:00pm. Which means you can get to bed early so you’ll be ready to work the next day!

4. LUNCH WITH SANTA CLAUS
What a fun time for the whole family! Have lunch with Santa Claus at Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery (at their Desert Ridge Location) on Saturday, December 16th. Your family will enjoy lunch, get their picture taken with Santa, and decorate their own Christmas cookie. The cost is only $20 per person with all the proceeds benefiting “Miracle in the Desert”. This program provides 600 homeless and displaced people with a warm homemade meal, coats, shoe certificate and toys on Christmas Day. So by eating lunch with Santa everyone wins!! Reservations are required.

5. WARM UP AT JOLTA JAVA
This holiday season Jolta Java is offering egg nog and holiday lattes. They also have Private Estate Prime Kona Coffee which would make the perfect gift for those coffee lovers. While you are enjoying your tasty drink, make sure you donate a toy to their holiday toy drive sponsored by the Phoenix Police Department.

6. ALL ABOUT OUR GIFT CERTIFICATES
We have been getting a lot of calls this holiday season about our gift certificates and we’d like to answer them. All of our gift certificates are issued directly from each restaurant. Even though you pay a discounted price, each gift certificate is worth the face value at the restaurant. We date the gift certificates to expire a year from the day you purchased them. AZeats does not fill in the To and From on each gift certificate. If you send a personalized message it is written on the packing slip, not on each gift certificate.
