MOSAIC Mosaic's own Chef Deborah Knight is on the ballot for AZ Chef of the Year, sponsored by the Scottsdale League for the Arts, in conjunction with the Scottsdale Culinary Festival. Your vote should be based on her creative abilities and her contributions to charitable causes. Many of us in the restaurant business have busy schedules and keep odd hours, Chef Knight included. When she is not able to personally help, she makes contributions in the name of Mosaic to these organizations and their events.
