1. MONTHLY REVIEWS AND FEATURED GIFT
CERTIFICATES
When Union Bistro opened their doors in Castle Rock 1 year ago,
they didn’t expect the kind of success they have had to date. The
chefs have made their dishes come alive to all their guests, and rave
reviews have followed their creative cuisine. For example, the
old-fashioned pork pot roast, is paired with exotic mushroom and leek
hash browns. The BLT-ROC sandwich combines applewood smoked bacon,
lettuce, tomato, red onion, herb mayo and cheddar cheese on foccacia.
For salads, the Atlantic salmon is served over a bed of fresh spinach
lightly covered with a smoked bacon vinegrette.
To celebrate the first anniversary, we are
offering their gift certificates at 50%off face value = $10 for a $20
certificate (while supplies last)!! Please note that these special
certificates have an expiration date of May 31, and only two
certificates per guest table can be used each visit. This is a great
way to try a new restaurant for up to $20 off your meal purchase.

3. TO ALL SENCHA LOYALISTS EVERYWHERE
We received the following letter from the owner of Sencha…
From Chef Brent Beavers:
“As many of you know I have been working on moving the restaurant to a
new location for some time. Unfortunately, a location that fits
Sencha’s needs has not been found. The building we are currently
operating out of has been sold to new owners and our lease is up.
Because of this, I regrettably announce that March 25 will be Sencha’s
last day at our current address. We will be open for our regular hours
of operation, serving the same great food we have been serving for the
last six years, until March 23. In tribute to our wonderful customers
and our Literary Dinners we will perform two final tellings of Laura
Esquirel’s “Como Agua Para Chocolate” (“Like Water For Chocolate”)
February 24 and 25 and then we will end our time here with two
performances of Exodus as we journey to the Promised Land March 24 and
25. Celebrate the magic you helped us create by coming to one of these
last shows. Literary dinners usually run on Sunday and Monday, but
these final performances will take place on Friday and Saturday.
Thank you for all of your support. Who knows what the future will
bring? We will keep you updated on the new location.”
If you would like to experience Sencha before they move, we have
gift certificates available at 30% off the face value. $14 will
buy you a $20 gift certificate! Please note that these can not be
redeemed during the special performances, but these are welcome any
other time.
