Experience a wine tasting the Mosaic way. GM Matt Rinn has decided to feature his favorite wine regions throughout the upcoming winter and spring months. He will be choosing the wines that will be featured at each tasting, searching for the unique and delicious. Look for different wines at each of the tastings. Some tastings may have a guest host representing a winery; all will have the pouring talents of Scott the sommelier.

Remember, our tastings are flow-style, meaning we'll let you set the sampling speed. Please rsvp to us so we'll save you a seat.

Mosaic invites lovers and friends to join us for a special evening of dining. Create your own menu by choosing how many courses you will enjoy and what those courses consist of from a special menu, featuring both new and favorite creations from Chef Knight.

3 courses- $90, 4 courses-$105, 5 courses-$120.

One of my favorite potential questions from the Court of Master Sommeliers is to describe, in detail and with examples, all the AOC’s from the source in the Vosges to the mouth at the Atlantic. We’ll give you some of the answers and allow you to get up close and personal with our displayed art in the halls of "Mosaic art gallery".

The Valley’s best chefs show their stuff at the Phoenix Art Museum. Support the visual arts while enjoying the culinary arts; Chef Knight and Mosaic participates on Sunday.

Mosaic lends its support by hosting a winemaker’s dinner on Saturday, April 12.

April 16- Wine Dinner with Peay vineyards at Mosaic  7PM

Mosaic has long supported the chardonnays, pinot noirs and syrahs of the Peay Brothers and their families out on the coast of Sonoma county. When they asked if we wanted to do a wine dinner, it didn’t take long to decide. Even still, word leaked out to a hungry and thirsty food nation and anticipation is in the air. Details and pricing are being worked out, but you can expect another legendary wine dinner here at Mosaic.

April 19- Artful Saturday* 3-5:30 PM – Napa County, USA

Enjoy your Saturday afternoon with a wine tasting on the Mosaic lounge patio. Wines from America’s most obscure wine region (just kidding) will be sampled while you wander the halls of "Mosaic art gallery". Get up close and personal with the displayed art and its creators.

April 23- Wednesday winetime* 6-7:30PM Matt’s “house wines”

What does Matt drink at his house? Find out while relaxing in his home away from home, the Mosaic lounge. Light snacks and a little info accompany the flavors of five wines.
