To assure that you are totally satisfied with your experience buying from us we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If there is a error with your order contact us and we will make it right. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return your purchase within 30 days and we will exchange it for another gift certificate of an equal or lesser purchase price. All exchanges must be initiated by the purchaser. After 30 days any problems with your gift certificate is to be resolved with the restaurant.

Actual gift certificates and gift cards issued by the restaurant and sold at or below face value. There is a small fee of $3.00 per order to cover handling and postage. Orders of one gift certificate or orders of hundreds of gift certificates are charged only $3.00 for shipping and handling. Multiple restaurants in the same order are only charged one $3.00 shipping and handling fee.
Our web sites offers the sale of restaurant gift certificates on-line
as a convenience. As a third party we handle the processing and shipping
of actual gift certificates issued by the restaurant. Any restrictions
and limitations can be found by clicking the "i" bubble
next to the
restaurant name on the shopping cart. To insure you receive exceptional

independent of any assurances if any offered by the restaurant.
All orders purchased on-line from our shopping carts are backed by our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not happy with the service we provided for any reason you may return the gift certificates purchased from us within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange of equal or lesser value. We encourage you to use your gift certificates and not hold on to them. Most expire one year from the date of purchase and we are not responsible for changes of management, changes of ownership or if a restaurant closes. You can feel confident that you do have 30 days to use your gift certificate with our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If a restaurant refuses to accept your gift certificate or closes within 30 days of purchase you may return them to us for an exchange of equal or lesser purchase price. Please contact the restaurant directly for any issues after 30 days.
We will not be responsible for merchandise that is undeliverable or not received due to the purchaser’s failure to enter accurate delivery information, including physical and email addresses, or when 30 days have passed since the date we shipped the certificates.
