  1. How do I choose the restaurant?
    Search for a restaurant alphabetically. Indicate the quantity of gift certificates that you wish to order. Click on the "Add To Cart" button, the click the "Checkout" button.  Follow the instructions on the screen.  Any problems, questions or concerns, email us.
  2. How much does it cost for shipping and handling?
    Shipping and handling is only $3.00 no matter how big your order is and shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail.
    Fed Ex Overnight shipping is also available for $35.00.
    1) Fed Ex orders placed after 4 pm on Friday will not ship until Monday.
    2) Fed Ex orders can be shipped within the 48 contiguous states.
  3. How do I know that the gift certificate has been sent?
    After you place your order, you will receive an email message from us verifying your order. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and shipped the next business day.
  4. How long does it take to have a restaurant gift certificate sent?
    Your restaurant gift certificate order is usually processed in 24 hours and shipped the following business day. Recipients in the Phoenix area normally receive their gift certificates in 2-3 days.

    If the certificates were purchased over 30 days ago, please contact the owner/manager of the restaurant. In some cases, the certificates may be accepted at other restaurants under the same ownership. We are not responsible for merchants that are no longer in businesses or have changed their location. Though most gift certificates are good for one year we encourage you to go out and enjoy a meal and not save your gift certificates.
