Asian Grilled Pizza

1 cup BBQ Sauce
¼ cup Soy Sauce
¼ bunch Cilantro chopped
1 clove Garlic chopped
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
12 Grilled Shrimp
¼ cup slivered Red Onion
¼ cup Cheese

  1. Combine BBQ sauce, Soy Sauce, Cilantro   and Garlic together and mix well.

  2. Place rolled out Pizza Dough on grill. Top with sauce Shrimp and Cheese

  3. Cover grill and cook for 3-5 minutes.

  4. Remove from grill when crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

  5. You may also top pizza with toasted wonton frizzles. As an added garnish.

 Pesto Chicken Pizza

¼ cup Basil Pesto
1 grilled Chicken Breast
¼ Cup Roasted Red Bell Peppers
10 Cloves Roasted Garlic
6 Slices Vine Ripened Tomatoes
¼ Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

1)      Spread all ingredients evenly on pizza dough and grill for 3 to 5 minutes.

2)      Remove from grill when crust is golden brown and cheese is melted

 

 Antipasto Pizza

¼ Cup Grilled Zucchini
¼ Sautéed Mushrooms
2 Tbl. Oven Cured Tomatoes
8 Asparagus Spears (Poached)
2 Tbl. Chopped Olives
6 Slices of Salami
6 Slices Fresh Mozzarella
Dash Crushed Red Pepper
Salt and Pepper to Taste

1) Spread all ingredients evenly on pizza dough and grill for 3 to 5 minutes.

2) Remove from grill when crust is golden brown and cheese is melted
