A Lil' About Us...
Thank you for your interest in Bill Johnson's Big Apple Restaurants, home
of our world famous barbeque sauce and signature hot, deep dish apple pie.
Bill Johnson's Big Apple has been a tradition in the Valley since 1956, when
the original restaurant opened on Van Buren. Since then, the restaurant chain
has expanded to 6 locations, all in the Valley of the Sun, and is still
family owned and operated.
We are open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Along with on
or off site catering, we have banquet facilities at some locations as well as
meeting space available for small groups.

This menu has been created with the utmost care and consideration. However,
should you desire an alternative choice, our experienced staff would be
tickled to design a custom menu to suit your particular Shindig.
We strive to achieve a level of service, food quality and presentation that'll
knock yer' boots off, as well as those of your guests.
