Catering and Banquet Information
Menus
Although the Catering Department has printed menu selections, we welcome the
opportunity to custom design your own special menu. All menu prices are guaranteed
three months prior to the date of the event.
Deposits and Cancellations
In order to secure definite space, a deposit of $500 per seating will be required.
In event of a cancellation, all deposits are non-refundable.
Guarantees
Barcelona of Chandler requires a guaranteed number of guest's 72 business
hours and/or three working days prior to the date of the event. This number
is not subject to reduction and charges will be made accordingly. If guarantee
is not given to the restaurant 72 business hours in advanced, the restaurant
will consider the estimate number as said guarantee.
Audio Visual
If required, A/V equipment is available on a per day rental basis for your
event through our catering department.
Banquet Room Rental
Room Rental on banquet rooms is contingent upon the amount of food and beverage
anticipated, length of the reservation and date requested.
