Scott Harlig brings 27
years experience to the company. He is a third generation
restaurateur, with a bachelors of Science degree in
Restaurant Administration from Cal Poly Pomona. The past
nineteen years have provided operational experience with
Chicago-based Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, which
includes thirteen years as general manager / managing
partner & owner of Tucchetti Restaurant in Phoenix. Previous
management experiences with the Disneyland Hotel, Grace
Restaurant Group and Cheesecake Factory round out a
successful career in the hospitality business.
Lori Harlig has 27 years of experience in the restaurant
industry, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Restaurant Administration from Cal Poly Pomona. With over
twenty years in management, her restaurant and catering
experiences include premier venues such as Palisades,
Seattle, WA; The Boulders Resort, Scottsdale, AZ ; and
Velvet Turtle dinner houses, Southern CA. She now brings her
strong background in event planning and catering to
