2 EGGS ARE SCRAMBLED WITH A MOUND OF OUR SHREDDED BEEF THAT HAS BEEN COMBINED WITH PEPPERS AND ONION, AND ADD RICE, BEANS AND WARM FLOUR TORTILLAS.

HUEVOS RANCHEROS
WE START THIS TASTY DISH BY SAUTÉING TOMATOES, GREEN CHILES AND ONIONS. THEN WE TOP THIS WITH SOFT CORN TORTILLAS, GREEN ENCHILADA SAUCE AND JACK CHEESE. THE CROWNING TOUCH IS 2 EGGS COOKED TO YOUR LIKING. WE ADD RICE, BEANS AND WARM TORTILLAS. DELICIOUS AND FILLING!!
